Delivery Time and Method
When you place an order, you items will be stored on a Mule Account. We will add a note to your account, and you will be emailed a username and password for the account containing your items. We will send the account name and password to your email address, and the information will also be stored on your orders.
We guarantee that you will have you items within 24 hours. If not, we will offer you a full refund. As a rule of thumb, we deliver items within 5 hours of your order, this can range from 10 mins onward depending on how many orders are currently being processed at the time. If we think an items is going to take more than 24 hours to be delivered, we will generally contact you. If you are waiting for more than 24 hours, then please Get in Touch and we will get back to you as soon as we can. This excludes level services.
